Since my son has started working with Trench Warfare I’ve seen great improvements. He’s gotten the results we were looking for on the field and we’ve seen improvements in his stance, the ability to get disengaged from opposing lineman and overall technique. He purely dominated middle school ball.  Additionally, his superior training and technique have surpassed what most kids have received. A lot of guys work with kids on lateral movement and basic speed and agility drills, but Tuck’s training goes beyond that.
